How does the reward system work?

1. Make a customers account

You can make a customers account by clicking on the button 'rewards' in the bottom right corner of the website. A little form will pop open. Here you'll have to click on the button 'Join now' to become a member. You'll be brought to a different page to fill in all the details such as your first name, last name, email and password.

2. Save points

You can start with saving points by simply making an account, following me on Instagram, celebrating a birthday or by placing an order with my shop.

You can save 5 points per 1 Euro spent in the shop excluding shipping costs. Once you've saved enough points you can select a reward during your next order (don't forget to log in when placing the order). You can only select 1 reward at a time or decide to save for a bigger reward.

3. Referral rewards

As a customer who has made a customers account on the website you can also send your personal referral link to a friend. Your friend will have to fill in their email address in order to receive the 4 Euro coupon code. They can click on 'apply code' and the code will be automatically added to their shopping cart. 

Disclaimer: Your friend does not need to make a customers account on the website nor need to use the friend referral link to complete the referral. They only need to make the purchase.

If your friend already has a customers account on the website, they won't be eligible to use the referral code. Same goes for checking out as a guest customer.

4. How to send the referral link

You can send the link through Facebook, Twitter and email. Those are the options listed. You can also just copy and paste the link and send it to through private messages on Instagram.

 

Shipping

Do you ship international?

Yes, I do and I always use tracking when shipping out orders. You are able to track your own order. Once the order is shipped, it is out of my hands. Shipping times vary for each country between 5 to 12 business days. Due to Covid-19 shipping might take longer so keep this in mind when ordering.

Every order includes a tracking number from Deutsche Post & insurance up to €100.

Where do you ship from?

I ship from Belgium, I drop off my packages in Bruges after work as I have a fulltime job besides the shop.

Can shipping be combined?

Yes, shipping can be combined. Please message me with your order numbers so I can partially refund the shipping costs.

 

Customs

Can I request a custom mold?

Yes, you can by sending me a private message on Instagram. I will then give you a quote and make a reserved listing for you to purchase on the website. Custom molds are only for shapes I have available.
